Estimate requests
Sending the estimate form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract, and it does not obligate either of us to do any work. Any estimate we give is based on the information available at the time; a binding price, scope, schedule, and other terms are set only in a written agreement we both accept before work begins.
Information on the site
We try to keep the site accurate, but descriptions of services, project photos, and any “average cost” figures are general information about past work, not a quote for your project. Your price depends on your surfaces, condition, size, access, materials, and timing. Some photos on the site may be illustrative.
Furniture and preparation
We do not move furniture. Customers are responsible for arranging any necessary furniture moving before a project begins; we’re happy to discuss the preparation your project needs during the estimate.
Your submissions
When you send us information or photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. We use them only as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don’t submit anything unlawful, harmful, or that belongs to someone else.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to areas you aren’t authorized to use (including the admin portal), send spam through our forms, or scrape it in bulk.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, logo, and our project photos belong to Classic Creations Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use; please don’t copy or reuse them commercially without permission.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Classic Creations Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or obligation set out in a written agreement for work we perform, or any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Volusia County, Florida.
